As a Product Delivery Manager in Connected Commerce , you will play a vital role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring code readiness aligns with business requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass Oversight of test planning and execution, along with functional, end-to-end, and regression testing and resource management. You will collaborate with Risk and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended, effectively minimizing post-launch risks.
Job responsibilitiesSupport testing and implementation of business critical strategies. Provide execution support and leadership for large, complex technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areasProvide complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues, expanding the solution to include infrastructure, architecture, and multi-tier tools and business system strategiesDevelop and maintain testing standards and processes; manage quality improvement activitiesLead the identification, creation and execution of critical Business End-to-End testing activitiesManage test planning, execution and reporting across multiple projects in alignment with Business needsFacilitate the quality testing practices in support of various productsMaintain regular communication with project stakeholders and ensure ongoing updates on Automation objectives Assess, create and build automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reductionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree or comparable experience5 + years of Financial experience in testing Experience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the taskExperience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest toolExperience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesStrong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsStrong attention to Detail and results driven. Extensive knowledge in managing Test strategies, deliverables and milestones.Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressurePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with mainframe screens, business rules enginesUnderstanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processingExperience with risk processing
