As a Product Delivery Manager in the Machine Learning Operations team, you will be responsible in driving end-to-end execution for the product’s vision and prioritized roadmap agenda. Ensure the health and wellness of the team remains on point with transparency and communication of work in flight to closure. Partner with product and technology to overcome impediments preventing productivity and continuously promote a unified culture by encouraging team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communicationMaintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmapFocus on risk and controlsPartners with Product Owners (PO’s) / Area Product Owners (APO’s) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teamsPlan and delivery execution of product roadmapMonitors Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standardsManaging product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availabilityManage Releases and communicationIdentify & manage issuesSupport the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agileManage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area

 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceExpert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplinesStrong understanding of firmwide risk and controlsUnderstanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methodsExperience working with high-performing teams in complex program executionStrong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operationsAbility to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firmExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOpen to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
