 Job responsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Drive accurate project estimations and manage changes to scope or requirements.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with business partners and technology teams.Prepare and present regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactively identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaProven experience in project management or delivery management in a technology or financial services environment.Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile).Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
