As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. In this role, you will oversee project timelines, coordinate executive communications, and ensure alignment between product teams and business partners. You will manage resources, track progress, and prepare leadership for key presentations and decision points. By leveraging your organizational and strategic skills, you will help articulate the product’s vision, drive stakeholder engagement, and support the successful delivery of initiatives that improve the employee experience  Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationEnsures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and business cases to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendationsEquip leaders with relevant information, insights, and materials for meetings, presentations, and external engagements, enabling them to represent the product effectivelyServe as a bridge between business partners, product teams, and leadership, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to drive product success  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex delivery information to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical and efficient solutionsExceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship buildingProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
