Job Responsibilities:

Product Change Management (Engineering and Operational Changes): Manage design and operational changes for mass-produced Chromebook products, ensuring smooth implementation, production efficiency optimization, and risk mitigation in the supply chain.New Product Introduction (NPI): Oversee ODM projects end-to-end process of Chromebook product development to mass production, ensuring Time to Market and Time to Volume targets are met, and supporting a smooth production ramp-up.Technical Project Management: Collaborate closely with Development function teams and ODM partners to ensure product feasibility, manufacturability, and quality compliance; Identify and mitigate key risks, ensuring high-quality and timely product delivery.Offering Delivery Team Project Management: Lead and coordinating across offering delivery team including PM, RD, supply chain, quality, service and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery.Google Collaboration Management: Maintain close collaboration with Google to ensure chromebook development meets Google's technical specifications and certification requirements, driving key milestone achievements.Schedule, Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Focus on schedule, cost control and efficiency improvement in the delivery process, driving continuous improvements with ODM partners and internal teams.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related fields; 8+ years of experience in product delivery or technical project management, preferably in the Chromebook or PC industry.Experience in ODM-based project management, familiar with product development, change management, supply chain operations, and manufacturing processes.Strong project management skills, excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills, with a strong result-oriented mindset and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments.Good English communication skills, capable of working seamlessly with global partners to ensure technical alignment and project execution.Strong data analysis skills, able to leverage data-driven insights to optimize project execution and improve delivery quality.  Additional Locations:  * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） * China * China - Shanghai * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai）
