If so, let's start the conversation. **Product Delivery Lead** The Iron Mountain Media and Archival Services Technology Team is seeking a dynamic Product Delivery Lead who is passionate about driving technical delivery that directly translates into exceptional product outcomes and customer value. This critical role within the EIT/MAS Org will spearhead strategic technical initiatives, ensuring they tightly align with our product evolution and market offerings, and contribute significantly to our product roadmap. The Product Delivery Lead will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of technical components that not only enable product features, integrations, and enhancements, but also demonstrably improve user adoption, feature usage, and customer satisfaction. This role will collaborate closely with Product Managers to define and refine product requirements, driving alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives. Acting as a strategic liaison, the Product Delivery Lead will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration with internal engineering teams, product managers, and the MAS business unit to manage expectations and ensure we are consistently delivering against product goals. This role is less about managing resources and more about empowering technical teams to achieve their full potential and maximize product value through continuous improvement and agile methodologies. Product Delivery Leads play a pivotal role in driving the technical execution of product strategies within the MAS Tech Org. ensuring technology-centric capabilities power our products and lead to measurable product success. They are accountable for the technical delivery scope, empowering technical teams (including engineers and specialists), and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that drive tangible product value and positively impact key metrics. **Key responsibilities:** + Acting as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for technical product information exchange and collaboration with internal teams (e.g., engineers, systems specialists) and business stakeholders, actively participating in the definition and refinement of product requirements. + Activity and resource planning for technology deployment and integration efforts, focused on enabling specific product outcomes, including empowering technical teams and coordinating system configurations to support product features. + Empowering and motivating technical teams focused on product delivery, ensuring technical handoffs and dependencies are managed effectively to maintain product delivery timelines and contribute to the product roadmap with insights on technical feasibility. + Guiding time management for technology deliverables related to product enhancements using agile methodologies and iterative delivery, ensuring timely completion through active collaboration and adjustment of technical milestones. + Estimating costs and contributing to budget development for technical initiatives that directly support product development and deployment, focusing on delivering product value and demonstrating ROI. + Analyzing and managing product delivery risks specific to technology implementation and integration, with a focus on mitigating impacts to product outcomes. + Monitoring and reporting progress on technical projects. Including strategic initiatives like Shadow IT Clean Up (e.g., access rights management, application compliance), Geographic Expansion, technology support for new markets, Technology Enhancements (e.g., Automation: Video/Audio, Data Restoration, Imaging Expansion, Studio builds) for product improvement. Project Deliveries (Smart Vault) that enable new product offerings and Pre-Sales Engineering Support projects (e.g., studio build modeling, data migration) for potential clients, focusing on their impact on product metrics and user satisfaction. + Ensuring successful delivery and integration of technical solutions that not only meet product objectives but also drive significant improvements in user adoption, feature usage, and customer satisfaction. + Directly coordinating the integration and application of various technical tools and systems used by the team Imaging software (Adobe, GoldenThread, ScanWizard, MiPAX, etc.), Data Restoration/Migration tools (BRU, NetBackup, Retrospect, etc.), Digital Asset Management systems (Smart Vault, Limecraft), File Transfer applications (Signiant, Aspera), and Inventory Management systems (also including MIDAS, TRSQL), facilitating continuous improvement of these processes. + Facilitating close collaboration between different technical specialists (e.g., Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Engineering Managers) involved in product delivery to ensure alignment and drive iterative improvements in our delivery processes. + Analyzing product delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting a focus on iterative development and continuous delivery to maximize product value. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Proven working experience in technology product development and management with a focus on hands-on technical coordination or technology integration roles, specifically related to driving product outcomes. + Past experience with IT projects involving infrastructure, data management, digital media workflows, or systems relevant to the MAS strategic initiatives, demonstrating ability to empower technical teams and align their efforts with product development goals. + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, crucial for collaborating with and bridging technical and business teams, including the ability to translate product needs into technical requirements and coordinate their execution using agile methodologies. + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills, and prioritization in a technical product delivery context, using iterative planning over rigid plans. + Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and software proficiency in project management tools, with an ability to use them for detailed technical task tracking and coordination specific to product delivery, emphasizing agile practices over traditional methods. + Data Analysis and Cost Control skills applied to technology projects that support product development and deployment, focusing on maximizing product value. + Problem Solving and Adaptability in a dynamic technical environment, including navigating technical challenges related to product features through direct collaboration and iterative adjustments. + Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, and work with tight delivery deadlines for technical projects that directly impact product delivery, often requiring proactive technical collaboration and agile adjustments. + Bachelor Degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 4+ years’ experience in related fields, i.e. product management, project management, or other relevant roles. + Certifications in product development approaches (e.g., Agile) or specific technical domains relevant to the MAS Tech Team's work and product delivery are preferred. \#Li-Remote Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00 Category: Information Technology Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
