What You'll Do
As a Product Delivery Intern, you will support BCG case and Product teams on transformation and post-merger integration (PMI) projects. You will work as part of a global, collaborative team, contributing research, analysis, and content that supports client work and the development of BCG knowledge assets.
You will gain exposure to BCG Transform and PMI methodologies and learn how Product teams apply structured approaches, software tools, and analytics to help solve complex business challenges at the intersection of technology and business.
Primary responsibilities include (and not limited to):
Support case and solution teams by conducting background research, organizing data, and preparing slides and working materials.Learn and support the use of BCG Transform and PMI methodologies and related knowledge or software assets.Support the configuration and use of existing software or analytical tools to tailor solutions to client contexts (no technical or coding knowledge required).Assist with collecting, synthesizing, and documenting case team learnings to support internal knowledge and IP development.Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to help surface issues and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.Participate in onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing activities within the Solution Analyst community.

Skills
Enthusiasm for, and aptitude in rapidly developing skills in transformation-related fields like Transformation, restructuring, change management, and post-merger integration.Solid analytical skills and comfort working with PowerPoint and Excel; basic financial literacy is beneficial.Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, methods, and the BCG approach to solutions at the intersection of business and technology.Willingness to learn new tools & methodologies as when they become relevant for the team.Good interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Education & Work Experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.Prior internship, student consulting, course projects, or relevant extracurriculars are a plus but not required.Very good written and verbal English skills, German skills are an advantage.Who You'll Work With
