As a Product Engineer in the AI/ML Solutions team, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business success. You help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while supporting the firm’s strategic objectives.

Job responsibilities

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data solutions to support business growth and efficiencyPartners with cross-functional teams to deliver data product solutions aligned with business objectivesEvaluates and adopts emerging data technologies to enhance data capabilitiesEngages with data owners to understand and prioritize data demands, improving process flows through reporting and analysisDevelops data product ideas by understanding analytics needs and facilitating data-driven decision-makingDocuments data requirements and models data for efficient querying and use in large language models

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Expertise in data technologies including analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, data warehousing, data management, and AWS cloud solutionsExperience in Databricks and DBT for data transformation and modelingAdvanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation in Snowflake, Datalake, or AWS AthenaHands-on experience with ETL processes and toolsAbility to work with large datasets and complex data structuresStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldKnowledge of data governance and best practicesFamiliarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CJAExperience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills
