The Home Lending Product Delivery team is seeking a highly effective and innovative person to join us. Your responsibilities will encompass test planning and execution, along with functional, end-to-end, and regression testing. You will collaborate with Product, Business Partners and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended, effectively minimizing post-launch risks.
Job responsibilities
Understand the intent of a business requirementFormulate test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involvedExecute business scenario in UAT environmentPartner and collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing statusEnsure testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriateReconcile test results from different tests and different groupsIncorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectivenessPartner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completedAssist in helping to facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various productsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of UAT experience in manual testing along with formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios and test scriptsAbility to prioritize and manage time efficiently Collaborative mindset with experience working across teamsExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsExceptional analytical skills, including root cause analysisExperience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the taskExperience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest toolExperience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesStrong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
