You task will be to support and streamline the way we handle product related data and PDM. Your work will significantly contribute to the integration and data exchange among different systems and users, which results in effective product configuration and transparent product lifecycle, as well as effective data exchange with our customers. **The job shall be hybrid, with regular presence a few days every week in our office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.** **What You’ll Be Doing** + Support daily PDM operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Coordinate PDM tasks across different sites and functions. + Maintain and manage product data, including classification, material master, BOMs, documents, and drawings. + Extract data using Excel. + Provide system support for colleagues in Product Data Management. + Handle PDM tasks related to suppliers + Collaborate on local New Product Development projects with Product managers, innovation- and Procurement teams to secure effective PDM setup + Support with Export Control classification **What We're Looking For** + Technical or administrative education. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Data Management. + Experience working in organizations with teams across multiple locations. + Proficiency in SAP and Excel. + Knowledge of Inventor and Autocad. + Fluent in written and spoken English **On the personal side:** + Initiative-driven and proactive. + Systematic and detail oriented. + Strong team player with an outgoing personality. + Execution-focused with a zero-defect mindset. + Positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency. **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
