Key Responsibilities:Act as subject matter expert for over 100 processes and work instructions, ensuring flawless process adherence across departments.Support Master Data Management initiatives, including data cleansing, global governance adoption, and process definition.Align with Portfolio Management categories to provide expertise in data processing related to specific business categories.Accurately implement changes to product data attributes in the ERP system, ensuring all approvals and business rules are strictly followed.Collaborate with suppliers, Regulatory and Portfolio Management to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new item additions.Support the Annual Supplier Pricing project by reviewing data, completing workflow processes, and processing off-cycle pricing changes.Manage the new item entry process, collaborating with Portfolio Management and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accurate and timely implementation.Plan, develop and implement solutions to ensure data quality, minimizing disruption to downstream systems.Frequently analyze product data to measure integrity and develop proactive cleansing projects.Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers regarding requests, issue resolution, and data integrity.Adhere to detailed governance and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and accurate product data changes.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experienceIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and AccessProven experience in data management and analysis.Strong attention to detail and ability to strictly follow established business rules.Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.Experience with ERP systems and data processing.This is your chance to join a world-class team and contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer!
