Your Tasks Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for our streaming product, RTL+ in Hungary Act as the liaison between the stakeholders, other divisions and the external development team to ensure effective communication and understanding of business needs Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization Elicit and document detailed functional requirements, use cases, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate with the external development team to provide clear and concise specifications, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions Collaborate with the external development team to define test plans, test cases and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the streaming product Analyze and evaluate system issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions in collaboration with the development team Collaborate with the customer care team to identify common customer pain points and recurring technical issues, proposing solutions and enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support tickets Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating system enhancements Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the streaming product, including user manuals, technical guides, and knowledge base articles, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for both internal teams and customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights, ensuring that all product features, functionalities, and updates are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to streaming products and services (e.g. AI) Your Profile 3-5 years of experience working on user facing digital products Deep knowledge of product development lifecycles, native mobile, desktop and preferably CTV application development Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with experience in managing outsourced development projects Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques (UML diagrams, BDD/Gherkin)  Familiarity with streaming technologies, platforms, and industry standards Proficiency in documenting functional specifications, including use cases, process flows, and user stories Experience working in an agile development environment, utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving industry trends Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven track record of successfully navigating and problem-solving in difficult and unstructured environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and the ability to think critically under pressure Proficient English knowledge (daily collaboration with international colleagues)  Excellent communication and problem solving skills – being able to represent and manage the company’s business needs to both internal and external partners  Solution-focused mindset About us
