As a Product Control Associate in our Product Control team, you will support the financial controllers and trading desks to ensure that profit and loss, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures are completed accurately. You will provide detailed financial analysis, partner with the business to implement controls and new initiatives, and coordinate with various support functions to resolve reporting issues. Your contributions will help maintain a strong control environment and support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processesProvide detailed analysis and reporting on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to implement robust controls and support new business initiativesCoordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and timelyServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basisRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related areaMinimum 3 years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related areaExperience with P&L reporting and month-end close processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong control focusExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
