Partner with the best
The Product Configuration Manager will own the execution of product configuration projects (PCB) in line with the times, costs and quality established by the plan drawn up by the company functions, following the defined quality processes, procedures and timelines.
As a Product Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving Project execution assuring change implementation.
Working with Cross functional Teams to ensure the projects are closed on time.
Acting as a focal point and subject matter expert for all the activities related to the Configuration Management process.
Preparing, reviewing and sharing weekly dashboards for process KPI monitoring and control.
Managing the Configuration Management Program Managers’ workload through new opened PCB assignments.
Managing the Configuration Management Work Instruction and digital infrastructure maintenance and continuous improvements.
Creating and sharing guidelines and best practices for program management and keep existing guidelines and process documentation updated and aligned to process requirements
Scheduling and conducting regular and on-demand training on the process.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience in a technical commercial role or purchasing office.
Have good knowledge of GTE products and services.
Have a good understanding of GTE organization and operating processes.
Have working knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Oracle ERP and Project Planning.
Be fluent in English, written and spoken.
Can work in multifunctional teams and be task oriented.
Have excellent communication skills, be able to solve complex problems as well as possessing strong organisation skills.
Be able to work in a matrix organization structure.
Be a team player, being able to effectively communicate with your peers and supervisors.
Be a self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership and have a high level of motivation.
Possess excellent presentation skills.
