POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Product Champion at Zafire, you will own the product roadmap and drive a clear product vision aligned with customer needs, market differentiation, and business priorities. This role balances strategic planning with tactical execution, integrating customer-driven enhancements into delivery cycles while leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline product operations. Acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure Zafire’s products meet real-world operational needs while achieving commercial success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Conduct market, user, and stakeholder research to guide evidence-based product decisions.

·       Define, communicate, and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.

·       Lead product planning sessions and prioritise features based on strategic impact, value, and feasibility.

·       Oversee delivery of the roadmap with engineering, design, and delivery teams.

·       Manage the full lifecycle of customer change requests (intake, evaluation, prioritisation, integration).

·       Use AI tools for CR automation, delivery capacity modelling, and roadmap communication.

·       Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure roadmap alignment.

·       Act as the “voice of the customer” internally and communicate priorities to stakeholders.

·       Support Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams with product insights.
