Product Business Development Manager Level

This position is ideal for a curious, customer-focused professional who enjoys combining market insight, collaboration, and innovation to deliver impactful results. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities for Emerson’s Level products and solutions in France. + Develop and execute business development plans, including account strategies, growth roadmaps, and go‑to‑market initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams. + Build a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and regulatory environments, transforming insights into clear value propositions and commercial strategies. + Initiate active prospecting and partner closely with sales teams to accelerate market growth for the product line while shaping future market opportunities. Regular weekly travel is required. + Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to internal and external stakeholders. + Monitor performance of key initiatives and portfolios, using data and metrics to track progress, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions. + Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, operations, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth plans. + Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap decisions, ensuring customer feedback, market requirements, and local needs are reflected in product offerings. **Who You Are:** You take on new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy, and enthusiasm.
