Join us. **Description** As a product auditor on the Quality team in BAWA Waco, TX you will perform quality inspections to ensure our machines meet specifications. You will document quality issues into a computer system and flag any found defects for repairs. **Job** **duties/Responsibilities** **may include, but are not limited to:** + Perform quality inspection based on the check- list of inspection points/procedures + Complete inspections using a checklist and tooling provided (static tools, electrical tests, templates, etc.) + Perform overall quality inspection at quality gates or at pre-delivery inspection + Inspects products to ensure it meets the specifications + Document quality issues into a computer system and flag defects for repair + Calibration of assembly tools + Process time studies and audits as needed for quality improvements + Cross-functional communication to complete tasks + Contributing team member **Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):** + Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods + Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures + Ability to perform repetitive operations + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. **Basic Qualifications:** + 1 year of mechanical assembly experience + Experience in SAP software + Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint **Top candidates will also have:** + Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment + Experience with inspection and product auditing processes + Intermediate proficiency with measurement equipment and gauges + Strong working knowledge of Assembly/Manufacturing practices + Advanced problem solving/troubleshooting ability + Ability to follow Standard Work + Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask and prioritize work + Heavy equipment experience **Additional Information:** This is a 1st shift hourly position in Waco, TX with the **BAWA (BCP Assembly Waco Attachment) group** . **1st Shift:** Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm; Overtime on Fridays as needed (up to 8 hours). **Resumes are highly encouraged for all applicants.** No relocation benefits are available.
