Product Associate, Enterprise Application Solutions
Unleash your expertise in Product Development and Management by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations. As a Product Associate with the Enterprise Application Solutions (EAS) team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Integrated Banking solutions with third-party Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Treasury Management (TMS) platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and external fintech partners to transform business needs into actionable functional requirements. You'll monitor and deliver milestones and contribute to the strategic roadmap and commercialization strategy for Integrated Banking solutions, fostering innovation and excellence. The Enterprise Application Solutions (EAS) team is a dynamic and high-performing product group within Digital Channels & Design, part of the J.P. Morgan Payments organization. **Job responsibilities** + Collaborate with Digital Channels product managers and fintech partners to define and document business and technical requirements for new features and integrations. + Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle + Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience + Support the development of business cases and ROI models for new capabilities. + Assist in the creation of executive-level presentations and product updates. + Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development + Monitor project milestones using tools like Jira and contribute to delivery tracking and reporting. + Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, legal, compliance, marketing and operations to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. + Participate in user testing, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + 1+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or consulting in financial services or enterprise software. + Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle + Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition + Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy + Experience writing business requirements + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), API, JSON, and LLM tools (e.g. Microsoft CoPilot) **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Familiarity with ERP and TMS enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba) and APIs is a plus. + Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP servers. + Passion for digital transformation and finance software development. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a diverse, high-performing team JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
