Product Architect
Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Product Architect to join our team and lead architectural strategy for an audit tool for a large consulting firm—a critical product integrated with Omnia that enables engagement creation. This role is pivotal in shaping technical solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a highly controlled audit environment. You will collaborate with a large offshore team (100+ resources across Ukraine and Hyderabad) and internal stakeholders to deliver on a multi-year roadmap with significant budget and strategic importance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Drive architectural decisions and provide technical leadership for the Audit tool. Collaborate with business teams to design solutions aligned with audit and compliance requirements. Perform PoCs and prototypes to validate innovative ideas and approaches. Work closely with offshore teams and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure scalability, security awareness, and governance compliance in all architectural designs. Contribute to a robust roadmap and help shape the future of MAT within the Omnia suite. Skills and Requirements 15+ years in software/architecture roles at an enterprise environment Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure Hands-on experience with AI tools and integration (implemented or led AI POCs/features with measurable outcomes). Strong background in data-driven applications (SQL and data warehouse platforms). Proven experience in large enterprise/big-firm environments, navigating governance and compliance processes. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with SMEs and offshore teams. Strong business acumen and understanding of audit-focused environments. and has an ability to communicate well with high level leaders across various functions. Familiarity with audit-focused tools. Awareness of security considerations in AI implementations.
