Greenway Health is seeking a hands-on Software Architect for our RCM division, who is a self-starter with a passion to solve challenging and complex problems. The candidate will work with both Product Management and Engineering/Development organization in designing highly scalable, cloud solutions in an agile environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborating with various stakeholders & business owners Gathering early functional and non-functional requirements. Choosing a technology stack. Effective collaboration with leadership team in defining & prioritizing roadmaps, Estimating & planning of large projects. Planning, Estimation & adherence to schedule & scope Delivering a high-level architectural design. Creating & presenting proof of concepts & prototypes Address potential risks and constraints. Provide detailed architectural blueprints. Prove solution’s viability. Setting quality & security standards. Change management. Development team mentoring. Technical debt ownership & further architecture specification Testing and deployment supervision. Production support. Release management. Drive organizational goals, KPIs & Net Promoter Scores.
