Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your Tasks: + Responsible for the design of the fixture, according to the product drawings and related technical requirements, the use of professional knowledge for innovative design, to ensure the accuracy and practicability of the fixture, to meet the needs of production testing. + Lead the management of the inspection fixture, establish a complete inspection fixture ledger, and regularly maintain, maintain and calibrate the fixture to ensure that the fixture is always in good working condition and prolong the service life. + Strictly implement the inspection fixture approval process, conduct a comprehensive evaluation and verification of the newly designed or transformed fixture, and organize relevant departments to conduct reviews to ensure that the fixture meets the quality standards and production requirements. + Work closely with the cross-departmental team, give full play to the ability to read drawings and GD&T interpretation, and collaboratively complete the development of production line testing equipment, from conceptual design to detailed design, and provide professional technical support throughout the process. + Responsible for the acceptance of the production line testing equipment, and strictly test and evaluate the performance and accuracy of the equipment according to the acceptance standards to ensure the normal operation and delivery of the equipment.
