Drive and manage programs/initiatives for effective execution of global sales transformation, focusing on EMEA ACC business financial performance and strategic STAMP targets (CA, revenue, MS%, GP).2. Develop and execute product plans, operational strategies for forecasting/order planning, pricing models, and profit management; oversee product development using market data analysis (IDC, Context).3. Collaborate with Geo/BU teams in matrix environment; manage stakeholder communications including senior executives; support Geo P&L achievement through expense analysis and budget alignment.4. Establish and maintain Business Management Systems (BMS) to track business metrics, program progress, and daily order/shipment/WOI status; implement improvement plans for liability/FGI/MWD/complexity control.5. Provide on-site support for Geo/BU events; analyze Geo monthly forecasts pre-finance submission and validate underlying assumptions.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in sales, category management, business development, or project management within multinational IT organizations (Services/Finance/HW background preferred).2. Demonstrated expertise in product/program management, financial acumen, sales strategy, and data-driven decision-making; proficiency in change management and complex problem-solving.3. Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrix environments, present to executives, and collaborate cross-functionally; strong judgment to navigate ambiguity and drive results through others.4. Track record of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and ownership in entrepreneurial settings; international project experience with increasing responsibility.5. Excellent written/verbal communication skills; ability to work flexible hours for global coordination; self-starter with urgency, analytical rigor, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
