Job Responsibilities :

The Product Analyst Intern will support the Payments Solution Manager in managing day-to-day operational tasks, assisting with payment solution design and testing, and contributing to short-term strategic projects across our 200 payment channels globally. This internship provides hands-on experience with payment solution design, integration testing, and monitoring of key metrics to enhance payment performance and user experience.

The Product Analyst Intern will support the Payments Solution Manager in managing day-to-day operational tasks, assisting with payment solution design and testing, and contributing to short-term strategic projects across our 200 payment channels globally. This internship provides hands-on experience with payment solution design, integration testing, and monitoring of key metrics to enhance payment performance and user experience.
 

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting day-to-day operations such as coordinating with PSPs on channel launch plans, conducting payment flow testing, monitoring performance, and assisting with post-launch UI/UX changes.

Assisting in solution design, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth rollout of new payment methods and enhancements to existing ones.

Driving short-term projects including data gathering for performance analysis, monitoring and impact assessments, and contributing to AI agent development via Copilot Studio.
 

This role offers hands-on experience in the payments ecosystem, cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams, and exposure to innovative projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Basic understanding of payment systems, APIs, and payment gateways is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interest in payment technologies, fintech, AI/Agentic payments

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
