The Cash Sweep Associate Product Manager delivers excellent product support and contributes to the strategy that empowers branch teams to offer tailored brokerage cash solutions that meet clients' unique needs for spending, liquidity, protection, and yield. They ensure, through execution of our sweep strategy and initiatives, that Edward Jones is positioned to serve clients for generations to come while continuing to invest in the client, branch, and colleague experiences.
As a member of the Banking Sub-Portfolio Team, this individual accelerates the delivery of saving, spending, and borrowing products, tools, and resources so that our branch teams and clients, in all segments, have confidence in achieving their desired financial outcomes.
**Responsibility Summary :**
1. Collaborate with team members to support the development and execution of the firm's cash sweep strategy to ensure branch teams have quality products and support needed to help clients achieve their desired financial outcomes
2. Support the development and management of cash products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Gather data and insights and conduct analysis of moderate complexity to inform product strategy, development, and evolution
3. Support the orchestration of strategic and operational product management
1. help shape and execute business plans that align with firm strategic direction
2. collaborate on the design and development of integrated platforms, systems, tools and processes that create a better client and branch team experience
3. resolve moderately complex / broad product partner issues as escalated
4. manage and maintain cash products and associated documentation and reporting
5. manage cash product partner relationships of moderate size, complexity, number or impact including influencing recommendations to add / remove / change products or product partners as needed
6. ensure product literature, wholesaling support, positioning, and marketing is effective, compliant, and aligned with key firm messages
7. interface with product partner peer contacts (relationship managers, product analysts, divisional sales managers, and operational managers, etc)
4. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned cash products for the firm. Includes foundational knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, relative positioning in the marketplace, market impacts, and lifecycle events
5. Support broad division, firm or industry initiatives and events as needed to represent the product line

**Skills/Requirements**
Qualifications Required:
+ 3+ years of relevant financial services experience, product management, or consulting experience
+ Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree required with preferred discipline of business, finance, economics, accounting or similar focus.
+ Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, Series 66 required within 12 months of hire.
+ Progress toward advanced degree or relevant industry designation(s) preferred (MBA, CFA, CFP, etc.)
Functional Knowledge:
+ Foundational knowledge of product line products
+ Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills with attention to detail
+ Highly collaborative
+ Highly effective written, verbal and presentation skills
+ Advanced proficiency with Excel; intermediate proficiency with systems and tools such as MS Office, Tableau and databases
