Job Description One of Insight Global’s top clients within the FinTech Industry is looking for a Product Analyst to join their startup in Flatiron, Manhattan 5 days a week. This company provides a marketing tool to credit unions to help automate and modernize their member relationships. The Product Analyst role is responsible for identifying data trends to enhance product usage, features, and releases, while also ensuring data accuracy during implementation. This person will understand how the platform is used in production, and work alongside the GTM team to diagnose launch issues, data gaps, and adoption problems. The purpose of this role is to turn information into clear recommendations to help the marketing platform work faster and contribute to the overall business decisions of the company. Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of experience within product - Experience with implementation and customer success - Ability to analyze, synthesize, and document data to provide tangible insights - Background in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services Industry - Experience with SQL - Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce - Experience with BI and data analytics tools
