Product Analyst
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What You Will Do:

 Data & Insights

Collect and analyze basic product usage and performance data under guidance.Track and report on product KPIs with supervision, highlighting trends and anomalies.Support data requests from Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Draft and maintain release notes, user guides, and workflow diagrams.Assist in preparing materials for transfer-of-information (TOI) sessions.

Product Operations & Process Improvement

Assist with Jira backlog hygiene (ticket readiness, proper tagging, consistency).Build and share simple reports or dashboards to support team visibility.Learn and apply Agile best practices through collaboration with Product Owners.

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).Strong technical writing skills (drafting release notes, guides, and process docs).Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (terminology, ceremonies, backlog flow).

Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:

Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker — at the user level).Basic Jira or backlog management tool navigation (creating/editing tickets, filters).

$101k - $168k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
