Job Description

Role Summary

Visa is seeking a proactive and analytical Product Analyst who will play a key role in shaping strategic product initiatives and driving enhancements to client experiences. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead projects that deliver innovative solutions by leveraging data-driven insights and fostering collaboration across internal stakeholders. You will work closely with engineering teams to plan, build, and launch Visa products, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in product management practices, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management Support

Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Track product KPIs and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and roadmap planning.

Business & Data Analysis

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and support the development of product documentation.

Generate dashboards and reports to monitor product adoption, usage trends, and customer feedback.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to support product delivery.

Coordinate with commercial, solutioning, strategy, risk, and legal teams to ensure product readiness and compliance.

Agility & Innovation

Apply agile methodologies to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.

Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance the client experience.

 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product operations within payments, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Solid understanding of product management principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, and agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
