Job DescriptionIdentify opportunities to jointly build scaled solutions working with Regional Technology Platform companies to unlock incremental revenue across card and non-card commerce spacesSupport the development of compelling value propositions to internal and external audiencesSupport the development of the product roadmap to deliver solutions that meet consumer and seller needs, solve recognized problems and address market gapsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Technology, Client Services, and Sales, across Visa to support discovery, solution design, build, testing and launch of new products and solutionsSupport Market teams to deliver on revenue targets by ensuring timely delivery of offerings working closely with Regional Technology platform companies Support Fintech Business Development to deliver incremental AANR through regional players

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

QualificationsDegree in any relevant disciplineYou will need 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience within commercial, consulting and/or product management roles, preferably in the payments industryDemonstrated experience working on solution design and delivery within a digital or fintech environmentExperience in articulating value propositions with reasonable technical depth across a broad portfolio of products/solutions (preferably digital) through the entire lifecycleStrategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher groundVision and passion for our business, with high energy and intelligenceStructured in your approach, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal teamwork and external products brought to marketYou will have a technical-bent of mind and be comfortable participating in technical discussions with technology-first companiesUnderstanding of Visa business and organization strongly preferredHands-on, entrepreneurial with the ability to navigate a globally matrixed environment
