Product Administrator - Womenswear Non Clothing - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

 

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a product administrator to join our Lingerie team, supporting the merchandising function in a busy fashion department.

 

This is a varied role that is essential to the smooth running of the department, ensuring that our merchandising team has the administrative and data support required. 

 

What You’ll Take On

Reporting & Data: Handling the preparation and circulation of essential reports to support the merchandising team.

Administrative Support: Managing daily administrative duties, including opening and preparing post and general office tasks.

Meeting Coordination: Participating in progress meetings, taking notes, and following up on key actions.

Supplier Liaison: Communicating regularly with suppliers to chase updates and ensure deadlines are met.

System Management: Working within Excel and internal data systems on a daily basis to maintain accurate records.

Sample Management: Taking full responsibility for sample management, including the Mock Shop and studio samples.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and a love of data and numbers. You need to be organised, efficient, and able to thrive under pressure.

While you'll receive on-the-job training, it's essential that you're independent, intelligent, and confident in communicating with a wide range of people.

Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Excel are essential, as is a strong aptitude for administration.
