Product Administrator - The Set - 6-9 Months Fixed Term Contract

Based at The Barn, Market Harborough. Working Pattern: 5 days a week in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

The Role:
Are you the type of person that would be excited to work creatively to ensure the best product photography for the non clothing ranges is in place? If so, keep reading as this could be the perfect opportunity for you… 

This role needs someone to show a keen eye for fashion and style trends, an enthusiasm for online retail, balancing both the creative and commercial whilst having a positive approach. You will need to be someone who can see the bigger picture and stay focused on detail at the same time, keeping the product and brand direction at the heart of everything we do. 


What You'll Take On:

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the Head of Creative to plan and finalise photography

Collaborate with design and buying teams to align photography with product direction and brand vision

Research fashion, lifestyle, street style, influencer trends, and new talent/models

Assistant with styling clothing products, reflecting current trends and product image direction

 

Shoot Planning & Execution

Assist on shoots across multiple locations (London and Enderby), ensuring smooth organization and execution Coordinate with buying teams to ensure timely sample handovers for photography Managing photoshoot samples, coordinating with the buying teams to arrange photoshoot sample handover on time for shoots, being responsible for keeping the styling wardrobes organised and tidy, prepping for photoshoots by ensuring all the correct samples and all relevant accessories and footwear are packed.

 

Photography & Editing

Contribute to camera roll edits and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure assets align with brand standards

 

Project & Logistics Management

Support through the critical path for shoots, ensuring all deadlines, logistics, and product availability are considered

Organise and maintain shoot documents and files for easy access and team collaboration

Assist with special projects and internal presentations requiring up-to-date product communicating with the e-commerce teams any camera role imagery amendments.


Social Media 

Assisting with innovative and fresh content for instagram and helping to manage the instagram account, collaborating with the internal PR teams.


What You’ll Bring

Decision-Making: Confident in balancing creative vision with commercial needs, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
