The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join the team in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

This inspector implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations

Inspects all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions

Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner

Specifies areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplished

Communicates deficiencies to proper persons

Maintains Quality Control files

Document results of all inspections.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

1+ year of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection

1+ year of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments

Must currently hold an A&P License

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision, etc.)

Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job

Summary pay range: $46,750 - $63,250

This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) random drug and alcohol testing.

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
