Product Acceptance and Quality Lead

Job Summary:

As a Product Acceptance and Quality Lead in our team, you will champion a quality mindset and drive product acceptance activities across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your role will involve managing production pilots, developing quality dashboards, and supporting governance processes. You’ll work closely with a global team, making a meaningful impact on our products and culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive a quality mindset and communicate the benefits of software quality to product teams and engineersPlan, define, execute, and report on Product Acceptance testing activities with key stakeholdersManage, maintain, and execute employee production Alpha and Beta PilotsLead quality improvement actions with Product engineering teamsDefine, develop, and maintain quality and test engineering dashboardsSupport and maintain governance and quality gates in productionCollaborate daily with a global team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with Agile techniquesAbility to work independently and proactively across teamsHands-on product test management experienceProduct acceptance and business testing experienceExperience collaborating with global teamsFamiliarity with software development tools such as JIRAOpen-minded self-starter with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholdersAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
