Job Summary:
As a Product Acceptance and Quality Engineer within our team, you will design and maintain automated test frameworks and intuitive dashboards that enhance product quality and transparency. You’ll collaborate with the Product Acceptance and Quality Lead, product teams, and global colleagues to define automation strategies and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Your work will support pilot programs, streamline manual testing, and ensure quality gates are met for every release. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for product acceptance and production environmentsBuild and enhance quality dashboards to visualize test results, metrics, and controlsCollaborate with product leads and teams to define automation strategies and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelinesSupport execution of Alpha and Beta pilots and reporting toolsDevelop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline manual testingEnsure test coverage and quality gates are met for all releasesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation and dashboard applicationsEngage with global teams to support quality initiatives and share best practices

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or PlaywrightExperience building front-end dashboards using modern web technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.jsProficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or JavaExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Familiarity with acceptance testing processes and business testing practicesExperience with software development tools such as JIRA and GitAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teamsWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
