Your Mission:

In this role, you will be the driving force of Little Caesars’ internal production team, responsible for telling compelling stories and communicating powerfully in visual media with our colleagues, franchisees, crew members, and customers around the world. Working within the Production Studio team, this person will consult with internal clients about their storytelling and communications needs, manage video shoots, develop story ideas, work closely with our internal video editor, assist in producing live events with video needs, assist with internal photography needs, produce unique content with the goal of inspiring viewers and positively impacting the business and coordinate Studio Technical Operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Produce and shoot video content, working with internal clients and our video editor to bring projects from concept through completion.Develop and maintain standards of video and live video event production.Create weekly production schedules.Shoot interviews and develop segments for content across all media platforms.Manage live TV, Event and web interviews for team members from the production studio.Coordinate Studio Technical Equipment OperationsAssist with internal photography needs, including booking freelancers.Occasionally travel locally, nationally, and internationally to shoot and gather video content and assist in the production of live company events.Collaborate with other departments and corporate entities on other company projects as needed.Stay current on web video technologies and industry trends. Make recommendations to continually innovate and improve operations and enhance the video experience for our internal and external audiences.Make recommendations regarding growth of the department in terms of talent as well as hardware and software solutions and training.Ensure the production studio physical space and production equipment remains up-to-date with needed equipment technology, repair and maintenance

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Film, Communications or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.Minimum of seven years’ experience in video production.Ability to work collaboratively with a small production studio team to accomplish projects and generate new creative ideas and opportunities.Evidence of creativity and innovation in developing project and story ideas.Proficiency with media editing software; including Final Cut, Adobe After Effects, CS5, Adobe Premier. Blackmagic design is a plus.Understanding of video encoding, codecs and formatting projects for appropriate channels.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.Experience counseling clients and business executives on visual media and communications.Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.Demonstrated organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Demonstrated ability to work independently.Ability and willingness to work flexible and non-traditional schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.Ability and willingness to travel and to adhere to corporate travel policies.

Working Conditions:

Frequent visual/auditory attention.The colleague is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The colleague must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
