As a Producer, you’ll serve as the heart of a digital first long-form news program. You’ll help drive the look and feel of the show and produce high-quality stories. You'll collaborate with your colleagues to tell the news that matter in your community and around the country, making decisions about what to air and when, and assist with postproduction.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of digital video or television newsEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experienceTechnical skills: Knowledge of social media platforms and YouTube and basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro) Skills: Go-getter personality, and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsTravel Ability: Must be open to travel to discover the important stories in our communities and willing to interact with the communitySchedule: Ability to work different shifts and be flexible with schedule changesPreferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of general office computer software, newsroom software, and basic non- linear editing systemsMay be required to lift up to five poundsWorking Conditions:

The base pay for this position generally is between $55,000.00 and $105,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
