The Hive, is the in-house Creative Advertising agency at The Walt Disney Company. They specialize in creating marketing assets for all of the Disney brands, including Marvel, Lucasfilm, Disney Live Action, Disney+, Pixar, Disney Animation, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight, Disney Corporate and more.

What You Will Do:

Support Manager of Project Mgmt & Business Operations with daily tasks, including office supply ordering, DoorDash orders, and other support as needed.Provides day-to-day support to the production team, helping with administrative tasks, logistics, and coordination.Support all stages of AV marketing including asset gathering, motion graphic creation, editorial and finishing.Assist in coordinating logistics for all AV materials including music, copy, narration, motion graphics and otherInterface with Creative Directors, Producers, Associate Producers, Coordinators, Assistant Editors, Music Supervisors, and Motion Graphics artistsAssist in writing copy for projects as neededAssist in giving notes and feedback on cuts to editorsPrioritize and coordinate the needs of the projectSupport Associate ProducersHelp track and maintain project related deadlines and project calendar

Required Education:

Undergraduate Junior or Senior majoring in Marketing or Communications

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information. Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney InternshipCurrent Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization 

Additional Information:

This internship opportunity requires full-time availability in Burbank for the duration of the program.The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026.Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internshipCandidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
