DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience of running simultaneous shoots and experience in a varied style of shoots and photography styles. You’ll have built up experience of producing model and still life shoot for adults and kidswear shoots. Reporting into the Creative Ops Lead you’ll be comfortable handling the pace and pressure of multiply shoots, while one shoot is in pre-production, you’ll be kicking off the next. With a calm approach you’ll shape the expectation of clients, agencies and internal SLT. You’ll be a key driver in the production schedule and owner of all internal and external meetings. With an extensive little black book, you love finding the right talent for every project.
You will: \n\nYou’ll be able to work to brief and budget on a range of shoots, from studio to location \nHave the skills and experience to plan and lay out a detailed shoot schedule, in a clear and concise way. \nYou’ll know all the restrictions around kid models, hours on set and licenses. \nYou’ll have experience of producing location and Studio shoots for editorial location shoots \nYou’ll pull together production packs for shoots either you are solo producing or working on with our Senior Producer. \nUnderstand the full process of content creation; from ideation, to capture, post and delivery. \nWorking with Art directors you’ll always champion the RI customer and approach all shoots with an RI eye. \nConfident to lead on pre-production briefings and meeting with all external talent \nTrack the status of each shoot in Monday.com or a similar workflow manage and make sure all details is up to date \nYou’ll be the go-to person on shoots, to know all the fine details \nBe an active problem solver and calming influence across the team \nYou’ll have great negotiations skills, booking crew for shoots and pulling together strong teams to deliver best in class assets \nHave production experience in both video, stills and social content \nYou’ll help shape best practices for the Production team and uphold ways of working \n
