Knowledge of all phases of 3D real-time engine based interactive development: concept, pre-production, production, and post-production/live-service 13. Practical understanding of team structures and roles, production pipelines, and common challenges in producing high-quality interactive products 14. Familiarity with team-based project management methodologies, implementing principles and best practices, and proficiency with tools 15. Demonstrated experience leading teams through multiple projects simultaneously handling complexity and ambiguity across different phases of development 16. Detail oriented with demonstrated negotiation, change management, organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills 17. Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions with measurable results 18. Track record of operating under your own initiative with little oversight 19.
