The Apple Design group is seeking a Producer to support the Human Factors research team.
**Description**
The Design Human Factors Producer will be focused on highly complex projects that require an additional level of oversight and direction. This is a fast-paced, collaborative position in which you will need to understand how and who to work with to orchestrate a research program plan, and successfully manage execution of that plan. This individual will collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals both within and outside the Design team.
In this role, you will coordinate week-to-week activities to meet team objectives including:
- Manage research project tracker to clarify resourcing, timelines, and priorities
- Help Human Factors team members overcome project roadblocks
- Coordinate weekly meetings and agendas with primary research and project teams
- Coordinate with Design and Engineering producers on project roadmaps
- Identify and develop key partners in cross-functional teams
- Track schedule and delivery of prototypes for research studies
- Partner closely with Human Factors researchers and collaborators to be aligned on above activities
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 10-15 years experience in related field

+ Technical fluency in applied human factors
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Superior organization and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment with
+ changing priorities
+ Adhere to tight deadlines and hold team members accountable
+ Able to work collaboratively with variety of people/functions
+ Ability to tailor working/communication style based on individual styles
+ Experience in a creative, design-driven environment preferred
+ Calm presence
+ Confidentiality + discretion a must
+ Eager to jump in and help in any way possible - 'one team' mindset
+ Approximately 5 years project management/producer experience required

**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
