Kforce has a client that is seeking a Procurement Tech Coordinator in Chicago, IL. Key Tasks: * Lead in reviewing incoming emails; Redirecting or solving the inquiries for our vendors and users * Manage incoming requests from HelpHub filtering them to the correct SME for guidance in the PTO tech stack * Drive increased collections on SMF via quick communication with vendors who are seeking clarity on how and why it needs to be paid. * Coordinate the collection COIs to ensure vendors are in compliance with Risk Management Standards; Increase compliance ratings for each business unit by 5% each quarter * Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams * Support ongoing procurement activities such as the Ask for Help queue, Supplier Onboarding, vendor reporting and more * Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates
