Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Procurement and Supply Chain digital strategy. This role will be accountable for master data management, report extraction and analysis, supply order monitoring and issue resolution, and transactional support/analysis.  This role will also be involved in the Procurement savings reporting process and Monthly Operating Review process.  Additionally, this role will support the functional configuration of our low code application solution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Master Data Management/AnalysisItem master maintenance including price, vcn, category and description changes.Mass item loads for new items and existing item changesItem discontinuation weekly processReport Management/AnalysisExtract, translate, load into Power BI and troubleshoot daily supply chain operational dataDaily refresh of supply chain reportsRun open order report and analyzeRun and analyze weekly supplier price change reportRun monthly spend reporting process and update Power BIAssist in Procurement monthly savings report processing Run extracts and gather inputs from different functional groups to produce overall Procurement Monthly Operating Review reporting packageProcurement/Supply Chain transactional analysisCommunicate with business and suppliers regarding supply issuesTroubleshoot supplier delaysReceipt match exception researchOversee Capital Expenditure paperwork routing to ensure all approvals are completedDaily process monitoring of Patient Service Center supply ordersMonitor Local Contract projects to ensure all steps are completed with supporting paperworkService Contract renewalsVerifying equipment is onsiteRequesting quotes from suppliersComplete Service renewal documentationData entry into ERP and other applicationsSupport and Configure/Develop Low Code Application SolutionMaintain current Contracting, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, and Fulfillment apps in our Low Code SolutionTake requirements from stakeholders and create applications and dashboards Robotic Process Automation (RPA)Learn RPA processingIdentify and implement RPA solutions to increase efficiencies across Procurement and Supply ChainSpecial projects when neededSupport the Other duties as assigned
