Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Minimum of 5 years in procurement, supply chain planning, inventory, and logistics. Minimum of 3 years leading a team. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Oracle Order Management modules, and supply chain best practices. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; hands-on approach. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to manage heavy workload, prioritize, work independently, and collaborate with teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination to achieve inventory / DOH targets. Monitor order book with internal and external suppliers, handling pushouts, pull-ins, and cancellations. Focus on E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) prevention and inventory optimization. Support cash flow goals by achieving monthly receipt targets for purchased products. Monitor sales orders vs. parts availability and manage forecast for contractual customers. Support on-time delivery and reduce customer past dues per site as per plan. Source and negotiate contracts, aggregate HAD demands across sites, and ensure optimal batch sizes. Agree price lists and contracts with internal and external suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and import/export requirements Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Lead, mentor, and develop staff in Procurement and Supply Chain Planning functions. Set team objectives, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth. Promote collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture within the team.
