CGI is looking for a Procurement & Strategic Alliances Partner who will play a key role in sourcing and purchasing software and services, while also supporting broader operational needs. Location : Fairfax, VA | Dallas/Belton, TX | Denver, CO | Knoxville, TN | Lafayette, LA | Henderson, NV
Hybrid : (2–3 days/week onsite at one of the listed CGI office locations)
• Maintain and update a list of approved vendors for software and services.
• Communicate with vendors to gather quotes, request proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Supporting Business Development and Sales Pricing teams to secure quotes and place orders meeting customer-facing sales and support efforts.
• Placing orders for software and services, ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies, utilizing corporate procurement systems and supporting tools.
• Track and follow up on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Process purchase orders in the procurement system.
• Onboarding/renewing Vendors as approved corporate vendors as required by Corp Purchasing Guidelines.
• Assist in reviewing software and service contracts, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
• Assist in creating procurement reports and providing insights into procurement expenses and savings.
• Assist in generating procurement reports, including spend analysis and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all software and service requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• 5 + years in procurement, supply chain, or related operational roles, preferably within IT or software services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (preferred, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA (preferred but not required).
• Ability to travel up to 25%

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $41,500.00 - $91,400.00.
