Job Description
You, as subject matter expert, is responsible for the procurement strategy and its implementation in your sales market.
You are responsible for setting and developing the guidelines, standards and tools.You collaborate with regional procurement specialist and sales market C&F team to secure an optimized procurement strategy and execution.You support all brands within the region.WHAT YOU DO
You work in close collaboration with the Regional procurement specialist and sales market Construction and Facilities team to set the procurement strategy for your market and clearly communicate this to all stakeholders.You manage strategic governance of market agreements through constant follow-up and strategic meetings with major vendors.You set necessary goals and KPI’s for procurement and supplier management. You will drive actions and follow-up results on a quarterly and yearly basis.You participate in developing and keeping audits and assessments (material and execution) up to date regarding procurement.You manage, with support from Regional procurement specialist, procurement tools and templates (in LIMA and outside) such as the RFI/RFP templates and agreement templates.You review, update and draft all general documentation to support the C&F team in your market, in partnership with the legal department.You act as subject matter expert and support all parts of the organisation in procurement related matters.You co-create procurement guidelines and ensure markets are up to speed with the latest requirements.You educate your market team in the field of procurement and in negotiations.You work in close collaboration with Regional procurement specialist to secure the sales market procurement strategy.You are representing your sales market in procurement forums and act as a speaking partner towards other functions.WHO YOU ARE
You have a strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions.
You have the ability to work strategically, by planning ahead and foresee opportunities and improvements.
You enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborates with a group of diverse people in order to achieve set goals and targets.
Education
Degree in Law, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.All types of procurement certifications are meriting.Skills
Procurement.Negotiation.Supplier Management.Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.Can understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level.Experience
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.Retail Construction and/or Facility Management background is meriting.Experience from setting and implementing procurement strategies.Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.HOW YOU DO IT
