Procurement Specialist

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Procurement Specialist, you will drive the Sales Market procurement strategy to secure an efficient, compliant and future‑ready supplier base aligned with Global C&F standards. You will lead sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management to build strong partnerships, ensure compliance and deliver cost‑efficient, high‑quality outcomes across expansion, facilities management and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

You will:

Develop and execute the Sales Market procurement strategy in close collaboration with Global C&F Strategists.Set, follow up and deliver on procurement goals and KPIs, driving supplier performance and continuous improvement.Secure an efficient and compliant supplier base supporting expansion, FM services and operational efficiency.Manage governance of market agreements, including performance follow‑ups and business reviews with suppliers.Participate in and support procurement‑related audits and assessments.Manage procurement tools, templates and processes (RFI/RFP, agreements), ensuring compliance with Global C&F standards.Review, update and draft procurement documentation together with Legal.Act as a procurement expert, supporting stakeholders across the organization in sourcing and contracting topics.Implement and reinforce global procurement guidelines in the Sales Market.Support Sales Markets across the full procurement cycle, including tenders, negotiations and contract management.Lead or co‑lead cross‑market procurement initiatives and represent the Sales Market in global procurement forums.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will work closely with Construction & Facilities teams, Legal, Controlling, Global Procurement Strategists and other Sales Markets. You act as the key procurement partner, enabling strong decision‑making, compliance and cross‑functional collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction, facilities or retail environments.Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiations, contract management and supplier governance.Experience setting up and implementing procurement strategies in complex organizations.Solid understanding of working in international, matrix environments.A degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent experience.Fluency in English, written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Prague, Czech Republic. The Procurement Specialist reports to Expansion Manager.
