Overview
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Operations within the CSGO organization, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and executing Procurement Operations activities. This role requires the ability to handle high volumes of work, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about solving complex operational and optimization challenges at scale.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support the Hardware Procurement team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of 25,000+ purchase orders annually.
+ Identify root causes of delays in Pricing and Procurement cycles; collaborate with business and engineering teams to drive improvements.
+ Partner with Finance to improve approval cycle efficiency.
+ Work directly with suppliers to validate pricing and provide accurate cost data for PO creation.
+ Process pricing and procurement requests received via ticketing systems, email, or management requests for server, network, SAN, and spare parts procurement.
+ Actively manage all Pricing and Procurement requests: track status, cycle times, escalate blockers, and drive requests to completion.
+ Define required toll gates for new markets related to procuring OPEX and CAPEX materials, goods, and services.
+ Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations Management, Capacity Planning, and Clear-to-Build teams to ensure on-time delivery of demand.
+ Provide clear, timely, and effective communication across stakeholders.
Typical Day in the Role
+ Team Purpose: Support large-scale procurement operations, ensuring accurate pricing, SKU alignment, and supplier quote validation before routing for approval.
+ Key Projects:
+ Place purchase orders and route approvals
+ Support PO submission workflows
+ Partner with Finance to ensure POs flow correctly through systems
+ Validate pricing and ensure data accuracy across partners
+ Daily Tasks:
+ Review email and work queues for new actions
+ Execute assigned procurement tasks, resolve blockers, and meet SLAs
+ Support networking procurement teams with PO creation and approvals
+ Align SKUs and procurement data with cross-functional partners
+ Navigate a dynamic workload with varying daily challenges
What Makes a Strong Candidate
+ Extensive procurement and contract management experience
+ Experience with networking hardware
+ SQL query writing skills
+ Ability to create Excel and Power BI reporting dashboards
+ Strong communication and presentation skills

Required Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 4+ years of experience in Operations Project or Program Management
Preferred Experience
+ SQL query development
+ Excel and Power BI reporting creation
+ Experience collaborating across non‑direct reporting teams
+ Strong problem‑solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure
+ Good judgment in high‑stress, fast‑moving environments
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
