ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by obtaining quotes, coordinating supplier onboarding, issuing Purchase Orders, and providing order status updates to internal departments.Resolve payment inquiries or disputes with high attention to detail.Provide procurement training and guidance to employees on our Procure-to-Pay system.Assist the team in the continuous improvement of procurement systems, reporting, and overall operational processes.Act as a proactive team player, providing support for ad-hoc tasks to drive team success.Essential Skills2-5 years of Procurement or P2P experience.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to translate complex procurement processes for non-finance stakeholders.Highly accountable with a degree of high integrity.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Coupa is preferred.Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
