We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist based in Barcelona to support regional sourcing and procurement operations.

What you’ll do:

Execute low to medium-value RFQs/RFPs aligned with the Regional Procurement Strategy.Manage local supplier relationships in accordance with the Supplier Relationship Management policy.Collaborate with Global Category Management or Regional Procurement Leads on larger sourcing projects.Lead supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with contract terms.Conduct spend reporting and analysis to support local teams and optimize procurement strategies.Supporting the purchase order process through accurate data entry and documentationResolve Basware invoice queries to improve P2P efficiency.Facilitate supplier onboarding and validate necessary accreditations.Manage contracts by negotiating, executing, and monitoring SLAs and agreement terms.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Fluency in English and Spanish. Previous experience in a procurement or sourcing role. Strong commercial mindset and resilience.Ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes. Experience with procurement tools such as Market Dojo, SimDojo, and Basware.Analytical skills for spend analysis and reporting.
