We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with expertise in procurement technology, software agreement negotiations, and cost analysis. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing sourcing RFPS, and ensuring effective use of the Coupa system for procurement processes.
ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor the Coupa system, ensuring all purchase orders (POs) are correctly transmitted and troubleshooting any system issues.Review, monitor, and process requisitions, following up with users for necessary approvals.Run and update reports for visibility and accuracy, including contract exports and reviews related to spend, stakeholders, categories, and savings.Prepare and export procurement quarterly updates and year-end summaries, including Coupa implementation cost updates.Conduct monthly Coupa user reviews and provide training for new users.Manage PO change requests and record them in SharePoint, while maintaining status logs for vendor management systems.Update and maintain the Coupa change management log and ensure SharePoint content is current.Conduct supplier status reviews annually, ensuring compliance with expiring contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and supplier agreements.Facilitate projects and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, including acquiring samples for testing and negotiating pricing for cost savings.Establish and maintain relationships within business lines, contract managers, legal, and sales groups to complete purchasing requests effectively.Partner with stakeholders to ensure completion of necessary vendor documentation in accordance with sourcing and procurement procedures.Manage contracts and license agreements, ensuring obligations are met and renewals or replacements are scalable.Troubleshoot and resolve process issues impacting internal stakeholders.
Essential SkillsProven experience in negotiations, strategic sourcing, procurement, RFP, and cost analysis.Demonstrated experience directing or leading RFP/RFQ processes.Experience with contract negotiations, particularly in a directing capacity.Previous experience in software/IT procurement is beneficial.Proficiency in a variety of tools and systems, particularly in procurement software.Approximately 5 years of procurement experience preferred, or a combination of 3 years in procurement and 2 years in an analytical role.Experience with strategic sourcing processes (RFx), contract standards, and language.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Information Technology suppliers and contracts.Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong technical aptitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Skilled in guiding, motivating, and influencing others without direct authority.Customer-focused with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.Problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision-making, and planning abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite, with the potential to reduce to one day. The work environment includes free lunch each day, and complimentary beverages such as beer, wine, espresso, coffee, soda, sparkling water, and juice.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
