We’re looking for a driven, proactive and structured Procurement Specialist to join our team who wants to be part of developing our procurement function. In this role, you’ll focus on direct material purchasing related to subcontracting and installation services.

About the Role

As a Procurement Specialist focusing on direct materials and installations, you’ll play a key role in our procurement organization. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right quality, price, and delivery time for materials and services directly linked to our installations and projects. You’ll work with both strategic and operational tasks – from supplier selection and negotiation to placing orders and following up. The role requires close collaboration with teams such as engineering, production, and project management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with different parts of the business to understand needsIdentifying local procurement opportunities, e.g. local materials, dismantling, inspection, concrete works, modernization/maintenance installations.Negotiating frame agreements and price lists with suppliersActing as contract owner for these services and materialsSupporting the implementation of global procurement strategies locallyCollecting documentation from new suppliers and ensuring they are onboarded in our systemsOccasionally supporting other units with procurement and representing their needs towards suppliers

Knowledge, Education & Experience

Relevant education in procurement, economics, engineering, or similar1–3 years of experience in a relevant fieldFluent in spoken and written Swedish and EnglishGood skills in MS Office toolsAbility to work in an international environmentStrong stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of supply markets in your area of responsibilityExperience in supplier tendering and negotiationsKnowledge of contract managementSupplier relationship and performance management skillsFamiliarity with technologies or systems relevant to your area
